Hello and thanks for taking a look at the Illinois College website to find your counselor! My name is Rick Bystry and I am the senior associate director of admission. I work with the recruitment for transfer students, International students and athletic program recruitment. I began working in the Office of Admission in the summer of 1981. I am a 1981 graduate of Illinois College with a double major in business administration and physical education. As a student at Illinois College, I was a member of Phi Alpha Literary Society and the residence life staff. I played four years of football and two years of baseball. If you are looking for a college that will challenge you academically and prepare you for graduate school or a career, Illinois College is a college you will want to take a closer look at to see if it is right for you.
