Hello! My name is Yesenia Abreu, and I am a Chicago Area Admission Counselor. I am native to Chicago, but I have also lived in both San Diego and Madrid, Spain so I understand the dynamics of navigating life away from the comforts of home. I have experience working both in the Central Office of the Chicago Public Schools and most recently, as a college counselor at a Chicago high school. As a former high school college counselor, I have become familiar with the college process from financial aid to verification and including the alternative financial application. Applying to and figuring out what college to spend the next 4 years at may sound overwhelming but I would love to help you figure that out as you embark on a new and exciting chapter! ¡Hola! Soy natural de Chicago, pero también he vivido tanto en San Diego como en Madrid, España, así que entiendo la dinámica de vivir la vida lejos de casa.
