    Group Visit Request

    Illinois College Office of Admission offers group visits for middle schools, high schools, and community based organizations for the purpose of bringing prospective students to campus to help them learn more about Illinois College and the college search process.

    Group Visits will be scheduled on weekdays during the Illinois College academic calendar:
    Fall semester starting in mid-September and ending in early December
    Spring semester in early February through early May.
    Summer months on a case-by-case basis based on availability of staff.
    ***please submit your request at least 2 weeks in advance of your proposed visit dates***

    Sample Visit Schedule:
    Arrive to campus
    Campus Tour with IC Ambassador (current student)
    Meeting with Admission Counselor
    Wrap up and head home
    Plan to eat lunch on campus*
    Please note we can only offer complimentary lunch to groups consisting of high school students.

    (Meals in the Illinois College dining facilities can be arranged for groups bringing high school students. Groups bringing middle school students can arrange lunch in the dining hall but payment will need to be arranged ahead of time. A number of payment options are available and can be coordinated after your preferred date is submitted).
